- 2009 - Acquired an interest in the WePackItAll group, which specializes in primary packaging
- 2010 - Acquired ICW, a premier commodities distribution company in Miami, Florida
- 2011 - Expanded ICW in the Northeast by opening a 150,000 sq ft warehouse in Edison, New Jersey
- 2011 - Opened a 500,000 sq ft dedicated warehouse in Dallas, Texas
